About the Role:

  • Aimed at cultivating potential talents in the field of supply chain management, laying a solid foundation for future key roles in this department.
  • You will have the opportunity to participate in various supply chain-related projects and tasks, understanding of the operation mechanisms of Customs related operations, logistics and inventory management.
  • Engage in cross-departmental communication and collaboration, gaining an understanding of the entire process from raw materials to finished products, as well as other processes including physical operation, system flow, risk control and lean concept etc.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with planners and agents to establish a reliable shipping forecast and schedule.
  • Understand import and export laws and regulations, provide documents for customs clearance in a timely and accurate manner, and ensure compliance of the process.
  • Maintain close communication with overseas customers, coordinate with production, planning and agents, and ensure the accurate and timely dispatch of goods.
  • Monitor the allocation of containers from different shipping companies to ensure compliance with the group's procurement policy.
  • Collect and provide tax refund documents to the tax department in a timely and accurate manner, support to complete the export tax refund operation.

Who we are looking for:

  • Master's degree or above in Science and Engineering majors, Supply Chain Management, Finance Management, or related fields.
  • Strong user skills in MS Office, especially in excel and data analysis.
  • Fluency in English, 2nd foreign language will be a plus.
  • Great passion and interest in supply chain.
  • Curiosity, openness, and intercultural competence 
  • Committed, logical and process-oriented work approach.
