About the Role:
- Provide to assure all sourcing needs of raw material and perform tasks related to Hangzhou Plant raw material, including project tracking, scouting, RFQ, contract, day to day sourcing communication, coordination with factory teams to achieve expected result.
- Conducting negotiation / support negotiation at region level for raw material purchasing with local suppliers according to the specificity of the categories defined at Central & Area level and assuring the availability of raw material with expected service level, quality, cost management.
- Manage supplier relationship, supplier performance review for long term.
- Assure all the purchases operative activities, necessary for the plant about Raw material, ensuring availability of the various kinds of raw materials according to the allocation with centrally aligned and issuing/modifying orders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Consistent with the different instructions of the central Category Managers, making the purchases activities necessary for the plant for Raw material and any problems of raw material supply.
- Contract Management for Raw Material
- Negotiation For Raw Material
- Management Of Suppliers for Raw Material / Risk Management
- Purchase Management for Pkg Materials
Who we are looking for:
- 8 years working experiences of raw material (& PKG material is plus) sourcing in Food or beverage related industries in multi-national company – solid knowledge and experiences of SAP, Contract management, project management and supplier management.
- Mandarin and English must be fluent to manage the communication to both local (mainly in China) and also overseas counterparties.
