About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:

Functionally coordinates and supports maintenance technicians in keeping machineries efficient

Ensures the renewal and maintenance of production lines

Together with UGP Manager and/or RdL, is accountable for machineries maintenance planning and related execution, in order to guarantee a good functioning of production equipment.

协同生产线经理和/或RdL，负责机械维保计划和相关执行工作，以保证生产设备处于良好运作状态。

Together with UGP Manager and/or RdL, plans maintenance activities on production line to be developed both internally and externally.

Supports RMAN in developing and realizing new projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness of plant’s machineries.

为RMAN提供新项目开发和实现方面的支持，以改进工厂机械的效率和效益。

Who we are looking for:

Bachelor degree

学士学位

Minimum 2 years’ experience

至少3年工作经验

 Excellent command of Mandarin and English both in spoken and written

 熟练掌握普通话和英语，包括口语和书面

 Good interpersonal and communication skills and good leadership skills

 良好的人际沟通能力和良好的领导能力
