About the Role:

Responsible the planning & management of laboratory in Ferrero Food Hangzhou plant.
对费列罗杭州工厂质量实验室进行规划管理。

Main Responsibilities:

Safety:
You are required to be responsible for the safety management in the area of your own scope. Set up, implement and monitor safety management procedure in the responsible area. Follow up safety requirement from Company level and Government. Lead by example about safety practice. Cooperate with H&S Manager to improve the overall level of Safety in the Plant.

Food Safety and quality:
You are required to strictly respect of all the Law, of Ferrero internal guidelines, and of all voluntary and contractual standards and outlines requested by our client, and be responsible for setting up, implementing and monitoring the QMS and FSMS procedures in the area of your own scope, as well as cooperating with Food Safety Team to improve the overall level of Food Safety and Quality in the Plant.

你将负责在职责范围内严格遵守法律、执行费列罗内部的质量方针，以及满足客户所要求的合同框架和义务；建立、实施和监控QMS和FSMS体系的管理程序；并与食品安全小组共同提高工厂的整体食品安全和质量水平。

Duties and areas of responsibilities:

LABRORATY MANAGEMENT

• In collaboration with FS&Q central function, specially FS&Q analytical excellence function to ensures the continuous update of Laboratory procedure, which is based on requirement of ISO17025 and Bio-safety level 2 standard and overall process. 与FS&Q集团部门合作，特别是FS&Q卓越分析职能，以确保实验室程序的持续更新，基于ISO17025和生物安全2级的标准和全面流程
• Ensures an efficient and effective analyzing management of laboratory, consistency with sampling plan defined related to raw materials, packaging, semi-finished and finished goods acceptance, with particular attention food safety related analysis plan.
  确保实验室的高效和有效的分析管理，与原材料、包装、半成品和成品验收相关的抽样计划保持一致，特别注意与食品安全相关的分析计划。
• Ensures the correct application of Ferrero Quality System, quality certifications as ISO 9001, FSSC22000 and to similar schemes required by the Group and clients and legal standards (marketability) in overall productive process.
  确保在整个生产过程中正确应用费列罗质量体系、质量认证证书, 按照ISO 9001和ISO 22000以及集团和客户的类似计划和法律标准（适销性）。
• Ensures the necessary technical support to the production and business growth, includes existing products and innovation program.
  确保对生产和业务发展提供必要的技术支持，包括现有产品和创新项目。
• Maintains relations with surveillance authorities expert in food legislation topics, and ensures an opportune feedback to the central entities, Attend internal and external (certification) authorities for visits and inspections on quality, ethic and religion, hygiene topics.
  维护与熟悉食品立法的监督机构的关系，确保向中央单位提供适当的反馈, 陪同内部和外部（认证）机构参观和检查质量、道德和宗教、卫生问题。
• Ensure the gathering of food safety & quality KPIs based on Group indications. 确保根据集团下达的的食品安全和质量的关键绩效指标完成。
• Facilitate the application of central standards regarding IPC and product specification. 促进有关IPC和产品标准的集团程序的应用。

TASTING MANAGEMENT

• In collaboration with central tasting function in terms of sampling, archive management, sample management and tasting in plant. 在工厂的取样，留样管理、样品管理和感官品鉴方面与集团相关职能合作。
• Responsible the development and organization of local panel team, includes training, qualification and tasting arrangement, to ensure the compliance with Group and legislation requirement. 负责本地评审团团队的发展和组织，包括培训、资格认证和感官活动安排，以确保符合集团和法律要求。

About You:

• Bachelor degree, food science or related major
  食品科学或相关专业学士学位
• Proven skills in chemical or micro analysis
  具备化学或微生物相关分析检测技能
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in lab management
  在实验室管理领域拥有至少5年的工作经验
• ISO17025 certificate management experience 
  实验室CNAS认证管理经验
• Fluent English and Chinese
  中文和英语流利
• Team management experience is a must
  必须具有相关团队管理经验
