Assistant Process Technology Engineer
About the Role:
The position is the referent person for the process parameter management, lead/coordinates activities/projects to:
- Ensure the production technological processes control and optimization.
- Improve the quality of the product, efficiency of the line, reducing costs.
- And organize and follow up the plant industrial trials related to raw materials, new processes and new product.
Main Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring of lines’ processes parameters and supporting production on parameters regulation
- Managing the procedure related to specific process with impact on product quality.
- Managing on specific documentation related to technological parameters.
- Supporting technological development and Assist to Identifies new production methods and technologies.
- Organizing and managing the field experiments and to evaluate the feasibility of new project.
- Coordinating and follow- up the experimental activities.
- Working with UGPS, Maintenance, Controlling and Quality for specific projects aimed to improve the processes, simplify the structure, increase the quality level of our products.
- Working with Central Department (DTC/DQG/Professional families) on specific workgroup and projects and deploying relevant procedures and share best practices.
About You:
- Bachelor degree, major in Food Engineering related is preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ production technology experience in Food industry, Outstanding performers may be subject to discretionary adjustments.
- Fluent English in written and oral.
- Outstanding Communication Skill, proactive working attitude
