About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:

1. Models Creation, ECC, APO in SAP

2. Copacker Planning

ØCopacker planning activities (weekly and daily schedule)

ØAnalyze production requests received from Markets.

ØMaintain continuous communication with Markets to follow up on production requests and understand the root causes of sudden volume increases or reductions. The person in this role must ensure a Win-Win approach between the plant, supply chain and the copackers, balancing the needs and constraints of both sides to enable efficient planning decisions.

ØCoordinate with FFH to ensure timely vrac supply.

ØManaging the S&OP operation.

ØFollow up on copacker production performance (PSA ( production service attainment)).

ØHelp on long term planning simulations

ØMonitor inventory levels relevant to copackers (vrac)

3. Coman Projects (KMK-TL, KWS-Danco)

ØSupport the planning development phase for new projects or structural changes.

ØFollow operative planning : SF / T1 / FG levels.

ØMonitor inventory levels at coman (T1 / FG).

ØEnsure effective communication and alignment with BU, Coman, POP, and FFH for UGP preparation.

ØLead Co-man to delivery based planning model

ØImplement KPI reporting delivery based

Who we are looking for:

Not less than 5 years in production planning relevants duties.
Food industry is an advantage.
FMCG working experience is an advantage.
Open-mind, decisive and fair attitudes.
Teamworking is a must.
Willing to travel.
Ability to work under pressure with tight schedule.
Ability to deal with bottlenecks and constraints.
Ability to work & coordinate in a matrix organization.
Proficient in Excel, MS office, English speaking, etc.
SAP/APO applications experiences is an advantage.
