As a Quality Inspector during the night shift (22:00-07:00), you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our production unit adheres to the high-quality standards set by Group Quality. You will oversee various aspects of production to ensure compliance with specifications, propose initiatives for continuous improvement, and contribute to employee training to achieve quality objectives. This is a permanent position, with working hours from Sunday night to Thursday night, 21:00-06:00.

About the Role:

In the role of Quality Inspector during night shifts, you will be pivotal in ensuring that our production unit operates in adherence to the quality standards outlined by Group Quality. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of production to guarantee compliance with specifications, as well as proposing initiatives for continuous improvement. Moreover, you will contribute to employees’ training to ensure the achievement of quality objectives and will actively monitor the production auto-control system to promptly address any issues that may arise.

Main Responsibilities:

In this multifaceted role, you will be pivotal in ensuring consistent adherence to stringent quality standards within our production environment. Your primary duties will include conducting thorough internal checks, encompassing hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and diligently maintaining audit schedules to enforce quality standards. Upholding impeccable hygiene standards throughout the factory premises, in line with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices, will be imperative. You will audit critical aspects such as allergen control, Critical Control Points (CCPs), and recipe control to safeguard product quality. Monitoring documentation related to traceability, batching, product labels, and printing will be part of your routine, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Supporting production and Quality Management during food safety and quality issues, assisting with laboratory analysis, and implementing corrective actions as needed, will be crucial. You will collaborate closely with production staff to maintain and enhance quality standards, ensuring our products consistently meet all criteria for excellence. Managing quarantined goods and actively participating in internal and external audits will also be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will perform swabs to adhere to the environmental monitoring programme and promptly and effectively address emerging quality issues to safeguard the integrity and reputation of our products and processes.
