About the Role:
Join our Team as a Production Operative and you’ll play a vital role in our factory operation at Eat Natural's Halstead Plant, now part of the Ferrero Family. We are dedicated to your success and will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in supporting production across multiple tasks, departments and production lines. Throughout this exciting journey you’ll learn, grow and make a significant impact on our production process.

Being the gatekeeper for quality & food safety assurance, your attention to detail will ensure that every product leaving our facility exceeds industry standards, providing consumers with utmost confidence in our brand.
Showing an active interest in looking for ways to improve the production operation and engaging in proactive problem-solving activities with enthusiasm, you will help enable us to deliver superior products efficiently.
This is a permanent position, and we are looking for candidates to join us within –
- Production Line area (usual working hours Monday to Friday 07.30am-1630pm)
- Production within Pinning area (usual working hours Monday to Friday 07.30am-1630pm)
