Main Responsibilities:
As part of this role, you'll be at the forefront of our warehouse operations, overseeing the seamless and effective movement of goods into our facility. Your primary task will involve diligently inspecting incoming deliveries in line with their associated documentation, guaranteeing precision and quality throughout the process. With zeal, you'll promptly input delivery details into our systems, harmonising them with the correct purchase references. In the face of challenges, you'll demonstrate resilience by promptly notifying relevant departments of any discrepancies or damages, and taking proactive measures to resolve them. Your exceptional organisational skills will be on display as you meticulously oversee stock movements, maintaining accurate records and ensuring optimal inventory levels consistently. Coordination will be a key strength as you engage with transport providers, scheduling deliveries to ensure punctual arrivals and departures. Furthermore, during monthly stock takes, you'll approach the task with enthusiasm, ensuring thoroughness and dependability from start to finish.
