Senior Regional Sales Operation Manager - South
About the Role:
To support Senior Strategic Business Planning & Operation Manager to
- assure an effective and efficient management of sales force and distributors in line with company standards;
- assure and facilitate the set-up and improvement of effective sales processes;
- Bridge between HQ & region on: Implement China core strategy & initiatives in region, bottom up regional needs / best practice to HQ
- Approach to the business in a ‘Ferrero Way’, supporting and stimulating the business growth.

Other tasks assigned by line manager or company
About You:
- Strong sales expertise and knowledge of FMCG approach to the business; confectionary industry is better.
- Strong background of project management;
- Experience of Traditional & Modern Trade, Impulse Channel;
- Knowledge and experience of FMCG distributor management;
- Knowledge of Commercial Logistics and Sales, Field & Merchandising Processes.
- Strong Leadership and people management skills
- Fluent English
- Strategic thinking, strong business mind & communication ability
- Spending management experience is a plus
