Main Responsibilities:

1. Route to Market

  • Ensure relevant Route to Market strategies are correctly implemented in the assigned region, collaborating closely with Sales Managers.

2. Distributor Management

  • Enhance and monitor distributor management process through standardized monthly scorecard & distributor ranking;
  • Monitor distributor stock management and minimize the risk of returned products in the assigned region;
  • Improve distributor service level and support distributors to get service rebate.

3. Sales Force Effectiveness Management

  • Headcount planning implementation and regular review;
  • Manage merchandisers via third party agency to support in-store execution;
  • Manage overhead cost in the assigned region.

4. Business Intelligence

  • Support Sales Manager to track business performance through data analysis, as well as to identify and investigate regional market trends according to business strategy;
  • Provide business data validation and management, ensure data compliance and timely update;
  • Sales target allocation and performance tracking, sales incentives process management;
  • Sales Data Systems management;
  • Monitor project implementation in region, resource deployment and overall coordination to ensure projects are well managed on schedule and on budget.

5. Team Management

  • Permanent coaching and individual evaluation and development of the professional knowledge and skills of every team member, lead their performance evaluation process;
  • Build team’s talent pipeline.

About the Role:

The main purpose of the role is to support National Sales Operation Manager to ensure an effective and efficient management of sales force and distributors in the South region, in line with company standards. The role must as well support Regional Sales Manager in the assigned region to track business performance and achieve business target.

Who we are looking for:

  • Relevant Field Sales and Sales Operation working experience in international FMCG companies;
  • Strong sales expertise and knowledge of FMCG business (logistics, merchandising process, distributor management). Strong analytical skills and excellent strategic thinking;
  • Strong leadership skills, project management, communication and cross-department coordination skills.
