About the role:
As Region Marketing Manager Category, you will be responsible for driving the regional strategy of a category, ensuring brand equity and P&L impact through key initiatives. You will act as a link between regional teams and local markets, supporting innovation rollout and optimizing the brand portfolio to strengthen Ferrero’s presence across the region.
Main responsabilities:

Manage the assigned category at the regional level in terms of brand equity and P&L-impacting initiatives (PS2–PS3).

Support the optimization of the category and brand portfolio across the region.

Approve the annual category media plan, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local adaptation.

Act as a key liaison between Area Marketing Managers and local markets, facilitating knowledge-sharing and best practice dissemination.

Support the rollout of innovations within the region, ensuring successful implementation.

Contribute to building a comprehensive and integrated view of marketing performance and opportunities at the regional level.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategic priorities.
Who are we looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

10-12 years of experience in Marketing, ideally with regional exposure in FMCG.

Proven ability to manage brand portfolios and lead strategic planning.

Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of P&L and media planning.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Ability to work across diverse markets and drive cross-functional collaboration.
