About the position:
In Ferrero we work with great ideas to win the hearts of many families in the world, and you can be part of the team that contributes to make Ferrero brands even more extraordinary, we are looking for a National Sales Manager Modern Channel Senior to lead the modern channel business unit, generating strategies that favor the growth of our brands and categories.
Main Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement commercial strategies with the different clients of the Modern Channel, that allow the leadership and continuous growth of the different brands of the company in the market aligned to the objectives of the company.
- Develop and manage the strategy of Modern Channel in order to ensure its growth within the national market through its different brands aligned to the company's objectives.
- To manage and administer the budget allocated during the commercial year to ensure the continued growth of the different brands in the market and generating profitability to the business.
- To develop the work team through continuous guidance and coaching ensuring the 70-20-10 development model that ensures proper management of the business, customers, and constant innovation in commercial strategies in such a way that allows the positioning of the products in the market and the achievement of commercial objectives.
- To communicate to the different areas of the company the needs of the market and customers of the Modern Channel in order to generate action plans that allow the development of the channel and the brands of the business
- To develop the strategies per customer (JBP) that will align the company's strategic vision with that of the customers ensuring the implementation of the company's needs in a cost effective way and building long term relationships especially with customers that ensure 80% of the billing.
- Ensure and execute the sales forecast based on business objectives for the continued development of the brands.
Who we are looking for:
- Min. Degree in Marketing, Sales, Administration, Finance.
- 15+ years of experience
- Advanced English is mandatory
- Knowledge in Key Account Management, Strategic Revenue Management and Financial Background
- Strong Influence and negotiation skills
