This position is pivotal in explaining deviations from set goals and proactively suggesting improvement actions to ensure that the region meets its targets.
The Supply Chain Controller will collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Procurement and the Regional Industrial and Commercial Supply Chain Department. This collaboration is essential to accurately define the business needs and related projects, as well as to develop financial business cases that support these initiatives.
Additionally, the person in this role will serve as the controlling reference point for Group Supply Chain Controlling specifically for the UK and Ireland, ensuring alignment with Ferrero's overall strategic objectives and maintaining rigorous financial oversight.

Main Responsibilities:
As a Supply Chain Controller, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial health and operational success of the supply chain. In this dynamic position, you will work closely with key Business Partners to manage and forecast OPEX (Supply Chain costs), ensuring everything aligns with strategic guidelines. You'll conduct in-depth monthly analyses of both Industrial and Commercial Supply Chain costs, helping identify critical trends and deviations that will inform high-impact business decisions.
You will be at the forefront of evaluating new regional initiatives, providing insights that directly affect financial outcomes and returns on investment. As an integral partner to Group/Area Industrial & Supply Chain Management, you’ll bring valuable insights through ad-hoc business cases, making you a trusted advisor in key decisions that will drive the company's operational strategy forward.
In addition to being a thought leader, you’ll ensure adherence to Group Supply Chain Controlling guidelines and collaborate with Area Operations Controllers to analyse business outcomes. You’ll not only identify critical stock issues but also proactively implement recovery actions to meet regional targets. Your close collaboration with Group/Area Industrial & Supply Chain Management will allow you to continuously drive improvement and innovation in stock management.
