About the Role:
The Senior Brand and Intelligence Manager is a key member of Ferrero’s team, accountable for equipping the Group’s management with essential information, knowledge, and insights derived from diverse internal and external data sources. Using advanced critical thinking tools and methodologies, you will transform complex data into strategical intelligence, assisting informed decision-making across the business.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams both in the UK and globally, ensuring data-driven insights shape Ferrero’s strategical direction and operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
You'll lead Ferrero’s data governance strategy, creating and overseeing data flow models, implementation, and partnerships to ensure high-quality data management. Establishing data rules for cleaning, automation, and access will be key in maintaining the highest data quality standards. You’ll also manage negotiations with key data partners, ensuring alignment with internal procedures and Ferrero’s Code of Business Conduct. Collaborating with UK&I teams, you’ll drive best practices for managing different data types while overseeing performance monitoring across all business lines and geographies.
Managing relationships with external partners, you’ll work alongside the Data Governance and Advanced Analytics teams to oversee key data and analytics providers. You’ll evaluate vendors, screen the market for potential new partners, and identify the best tools and technologies to enhance Ferrero’s data and intelligence capabilities.
Leveraging advanced analytics, you’ll examine retail and consumer panel data to identify performance drivers and strategical opportunities. You’ll lead the development of in-house analytical capabilities, partnering with external stakeholders such as universities to try and refine forecasting models and other methodologies. Your expertise will help shape cross-functional intelligence strategies and drive innovation in Ferrero’s data-driven decision-making processes.
Assisting business decision-making, you’ll deliver advanced data insights to inform strategy and prioritization. You’ll oversee market-leading intelligence initiatives to identify market risks and opportunities while driving alignment in BI reporting across central and UK&I teams. Engaging the broader BI community, you’ll facilitate best practice sharing and operationalize key projects in areas such as Net Revenue Management and digital shopper insights.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in consumer insights or CSU, ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. You should have expertise in analysing retail and consumer panel data, as well as experience with econometrics and pricing tools. A solid understanding of both statistical and quantitative research methodologies is essential. Success in this role requires the ability to translate large volumes of data into strategical insights that drive business decisions.
The ideal candidate will bea data-driven thinker with strong strategical skills, capable of leveraging data to inform planning and execution. You should be a strong communicator with established people management skills, able to work cross-functionally and build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ability to navigate complex matrix organisations and influence decision-making at multiple levels is highly valued.
Experience in the confectionery or broader FMCG industry is advantageous. Additionally, a proactive mindset, a passion for insights-driven decision-making, and the ability to drive collaboration across teams will be key to success in this role.
