You will also oversee the planning, budgeting, and SAF processes at the UK&I regional level.
Main Responsibilities:
As the Pralines Controlling Manager at Ferrero, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the Premium Chocolate category. You’ll be responsible for setting targets focused on profit and loss, as well as evaluating and managing investments for this premium segment. Collaborating with teams across the UK&I region, you will lead discussions and negotiations to establish financial targets for the Premium Chocolate category, ensuring they align with overall business objectives. Your insights will support business decisions by analyzing financial results, pinpointing areas for improvement, and providing comprehensive reports that synthesise regional outcomes.
In this role, you will also oversee the controlling and reporting activities for Premium Chocolate, where your expertise in analysing data and financial statements will help ensure that the category’s performance is continuously monitored. Following up on new initiatives, you'll track their results and assess return on investment (ROI) to optimize future strategies. Through detailed data analysis and reporting, you’ll present key insights to stakeholders and support decision-making processes in critical departments like Marketing, Supply Chain, and R&D.
Beyond controlling, you’ll contribute to the broader strategic direction by helping implement central guidelines and methodologies specific to Premium Chocolate. You’ll take a hands-on approach to investment evaluation, using simulations and business planning to validate new initiatives. Your role also extends to supporting the rollout of Group-driven projects and ensuring compliance with guidelines, such as transfer pricing for planning, budgeting, and SAF processes.
In terms of team leadership, you’ll operate in accordance with Ferrero’s Group guidelines to recruit, motivate, coach, and develop your team. By ensuring effective and efficient management, you’ll define clear planning activities for your staff while also evaluating their performance and proposing relevant training and development programs. At the heart of your leadership approach will be the aim to maintain a high level of employee engagement, fostering a positive and productive work environment for your team to thrive in.
Who we are looking for:

You should have a solid grasp of financial, accounting, and controlling principles, along with a strong foundation in commercial economics.
Success in this role will require excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, paired with a proactive and independent work style. Your strong problem-solving abilities should help you meet deadlines and deliver results. Effective communication and proficiency in computing are crucial, and familiarity with SAP would be a valuable asset.
