About the Role:

We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Brand and Intelligence Administrator to join our Brand & Intelligence team reporting to the Senior Brand & Intelligence Manager.

As the Brand and Intelligence Administrator, you will be responsible for aligning correct maintenance for our data providers, perform analytics on retail and consumer panels to identify drivers of performance as well as supporting the business in decision making and prioritisation process, providing data and insights. You will be working with retail sales data and consumer panel data to create stories through presentations and data snap shots of market trends.


This is a new role which will give you great exposure with internal and external stakeholders as well as getting involved in a variety of projects as well as having an impact on business strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

As the Business and Intelligence Admistrator your responsibilities will include supporting negotiations with our main partners, setting data standards, ensuring alignment with internal procedures and Ferrero Code of Business Conduct. You will also support on monitoring business performances through the competence databases, across all business lines using retail data and consumer panel data.

 

You will have great exposure with internal stakeholders within Marketing, CSU, UK & I Business units and BI&A Data Governance. This will also give you the opportunity to partner with stakeholders within UK&I teams to provide ways of working to manage different data types according to central standards. 

 

This role will give you the opportunity to perform analytics on retail and consumer panels to identify the drivers of performance, whilst identifying opportunities to build in-house capabilities and running pilots with central stakeholders and then scaling the solution out as well as partner with external agencies to run experimental activities. 

 

At Ferrero, this is a valuable role which has significant impact on decisions made for business strategy so you will support the business in the decision making and prioritisation process and provide data insights. Supporting and organising the group's competitive intelligence activities to identifty risks and opportunities for development. Alongside this, you will support on cross functional projects in terms of skillset, technology and resources. 

Who we are looking for:

Ideal candidates will posses a structured mindset, have strong attention to detail and outstanding communication abilities. Ferrero are looking for candidates who have administration experience using MS Office and have a passion for story telling through data.

Experience within FMCG is welcomed but not mandatory.
