About the Role:

Do you have a passion for engaging consumers with high-quality, premium treats? We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager – Roche Core to join our team on a fixed-term contract.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the success of the brand driving its P&L, market share, and strong positioning. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Senior Brand Manager, you will contribute to brand positioning, tactical planning, and the development of key initiatives—all while ensuring budgetary alignment.

Main Responsibilities:

As Brand Manager – Roche Core, you will play a key role in shaping brand strategy, driving portfolio growth, and ensuring strong market positioning. Assisting the Marketing Manager, you will provide insights on sales performance, market trends, and brand targets while managing budgets for advertising, promotions, and research. You will also contribute to the annual planned plan, defining volumes, P&L, and key marketing initiatives.

You will oversee portfolio strategy, evaluating pricing, product mix, and competitor positioning to maximize brand potential. Leading new product development (NPD), you will drive innovation, securing approvals and executing projects that align with brand growth ambitions.

In communications and media, you will develop advertising and sponsorship strategies, ensuring impactful campaigns that maintain brand equity. Managing creative execution from brief to launch, you will ensure all materials meet legal and planned requirements while aligning with UK&I and global brand guidelines.

You will shape the promotional strategy, overseeing packaging development and marketing materials while collaborating with Sales and Trade Marketing to assess campaign effectiveness. You will also work closely with the Legal Department to finalize sponsorship and promotional contracts.

A key part of your role involves assessing consumer insights and experimental data, assisting research on brand positioning, consumer behavior, and market trends. You will monitor sales performance and KPIs, proposing pratical plans to drive brand success while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

You will also contribute to planned research and operational improvements, leading initiatives such as packaging performance analysis, pricing strategy evaluations, and market data monitoring. Additionally, you will assist annual budgeting and resourcing plans, ensuring the team has the necessary tools to achieve its goals.

Who we are looking for:

We’re seeking a dynamic Brand Manager on a fixed term contract with a deep understanding of the UK market and proven experience in brand management within the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand strategy, stakeholder engagement, project management, and brand activation. Experience in product development and packaging design is a plus but not essential.
