This internship offers meaningful, hands-on experience within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. You will support brand performance analysis, campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to the continued success of iconic brands.

We are hiring across six brand areas: Nutella, Pralines, Tic Tac, Kinder, Better For You and Ice Cream.

You will be treated as an integral member of the marketing team, contributing to real business priorities and gaining exposure to commercial strategy, innovation planning and brand activation. Alongside day-to-day responsibilities, you will have opportunities to connect with fellow interns and gain insight into how marketing shapes brand performance within a global organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Brand Marketing Intern, you will support a range of activities across brand performance, innovation and activation, including:

Tracking and analysing brand performance data (including sales and brand equity), as well as monitoring competitor activity and new product developments using market insight tools.

Supporting cross-functional collaboration on packaging updates, campaign execution, digital content and brand assets.

Assisting in the preparation of presentations, performance reports and materials for internal and senior stakeholder meetings.

Contributing to event coordination, product launches and seasonal initiatives in partnership with sales, e-commerce and global teams.

This role offers practical exposure to commercial marketing, brand management and data-driven decision-making within a dynamic FMCG environment.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn, curious about how brands grow in competitive markets, and eager to contribute within a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.

You may be currently studying towards, or have recently completed, a degree-level qualification in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related discipline. Equivalent experience or alternative academic backgrounds with strong analytical capability are also welcomed.

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, including regular use of Microsoft Excel
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks
  • An interest in brand development and the consumer goods sector

The selection process consists of three stages:

  1. Screening telephone interviews: March - April 2026
  2. Online testing: April 2026
  3. Assessment Centre: April - May 2026


The internship will commence on Tuesday 1st September 2026 and will run for 12 months. During this period, you will be required to work from our sites and offices as defined per role, as on-site presence is a key requirement of the programme.

Right to Work Requirement

Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom for the full duration of the 12month internship at the time of application. This may include, for example, an unrestricted right to work or a visa that permits fulltime employment for the entire programme. In accordance with UK legislation, evidence of the right to work will be required before the internship begins.
