Sales Representative OOH - Gran Canaria

About the Role:

At Ferrero, we are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially driven Sales Representative OOH to join our Field Sales team in Gran Canaria. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving growth and ensuring excellence in Point of Sale Execution across your assigned territory, representing some of the world's most iconic brands, including Nutella®, Kinder®, Ferrero Rocher® and Raffaello®.

Main Responsibilities:

You will manage a portfolio of customers and points of sale throughout your assigned route, building strong relationships and ensuring regular visits that support long-term business growth. A key part of your role will involve securing the best product visibility through effective Sales Negotiation, excellent Retail Execution, and the implementation of Trade Marketing initiatives.

Working closely with customers, you will generate orders, monitor stock levels, and ensure product availability to maximize sales opportunities. Furthermore, you will review assortments, identify opportunities to introduce new references, and support the successful execution of promotional activities.

Success in this position will also come from your ability to leverage strong Territory Management and Route Management skills. Through ongoing Sales Analysis, you will evaluate route productivity, identify growth opportunities, segment customers, and propose actions that improve performance and business results. Collaboration with Key Account teams and wholesale partners will be essential to ensure flawless execution of centrally negotiated agreements.

While your daily activity will be mainly focused on Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, you will also have the opportunity to travel across other islands within the Canary Islands when required to support business needs and maximize commercial opportunities.

About You:

You are a proactive and results-oriented sales professional who thrives in customer-facing environments and enjoys building lasting partnerships. Previous experience in Field Sales, Account Management, Business Development, HORECA, or OOH Sales within the FMCG sector will help you succeed in this role.

Beyond your commercial experience, you bring excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to identify opportunities that drive growth. Additionally, you are highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing your territory independently while maintaining a collaborative mindset.

We are looking for someone with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly advanced Excel skills. Experience working with Trade Marketing and data analysis platforms such as Nielsen, Kantar, Post Potential, SAP Sales Cloud, or similar solutions will be highly valued.

To excel in this role, you should demonstrate curiosity, resilience, adaptability, and a passion for achieving ambitious goals. Experience in leading consumer goods companies, preferably within Consumer Goods and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, is highly desirable. Fluency in Spanish is required, while English proficiency will be considered an advantage.

A valid driving licence is essential, and you should be based in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria or have immediate availability to relocate. Availability to travel across the Canary Islands is also required.
