About the Role:

The Technical Procurement Director responsible for managing all the Activities for Technical Procurement Categories with the purpose to lead, develop and execute sourcing of the specific categories for Industrial Supply Chain and Plant:

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning and execution of all local sourcing and tendering processes to ensure a transparent negotiating with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best solution, minimize procurement costs, mitigate risks as product availability, dependency, financial risks to guarantee business continuity and the right service/quality level.


Accountable to lead and develop a procurement team, ensuring a management system based on Group values, motivation, diversity & inclusion, competence development and empowerment. He/she encourages a solid integration and clean communication between central and local TP teams, taking in to account the local needs and the global guidelines.


Adhere to the Ferrero Procurement Policies and Procedures; facilitate and coordinate the local implementation of the Source-to-Pay-Policy and Technical Procurement Group operating standard, supporting the interaction between regional structures and the Group functions.


Main point of contact between local Technical Procurement team and local internal stakeholders of the Region, participating to the Plant Strategy Meeting and the Masterplan development.

Compensation Data

The base salary range for this position is $145,000 - $160,000 annually.  Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
