About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Buyer to join our Procurement Team. This individual is responsible for proactively managing North America Procurement Activities for Technical Procurement Categories, guaranteeing a solid communication and collaboration between the central categories and the local teams, taking in to account the local needs and the global guidelines, to ensure that the company operational needs are met taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply running the purchase order with a set supplier base with alignment of Ferrero central procurement strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

•    Manage and execute sourcing of the specific categories for Plants (Process Equipment, Warehousing, Laboratory, Construction, MRO, Services).
•    Guarantee a solid and clear communication and collaboration between the central categories and the local teams.
•    Manage central and local stakeholders in Matrix organization.
•    Monitor Supplier Risks and drive necessary mitigation actions to ensure the business continuity.
•    Align with business and ensure that SLA’s and KPI’s for Country Technical Procurement Categories are reached and respected.
•    Ensure the right Process Governance and guarantee that Ferrero Procurement Policies and Procedures are formalized, well-known and respected.
•    Facilitate and coordinate the local implementation of TP Group guidelines, supporting the interaction between local structures and the Group functions.
•    Commercial Strategy Definition and Deployment.
•    Managing the Supplier Portfolio.
•    High Level Supplier Relationship Management.
•    Ensure Source to pay process is followed.
