About the Role:

The RDM Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for the maintenance management aspects for the UGP-production area, collaborating with the UGP Production Manager and the RMT Maintenance Supervisor in order to guarantee the maintenance expected performances (time, cost) and for the investment management related to the UGP-production area.

 

Manages external contractors’ work execution (scope of work preparation, quotation request and comparison, done with Purchasing, site access authorization, job progress monitoring, supplier evaluation, commissioning report), for maintenance intervention and investments related activities done on production lines.


Responsible for Predictive Maintenance planning (PM frequency) in collaboration with the TDM
Consolidates, in conjunction with UGP Manager, the maintenance activity plan during main shutdowns, considering also postponed activities and/or improvement activities and verifying equipment’s’ availability in the respect of production program


Monitor the maintenance plan progress to achieve minimal equipment breakdowns.

Main Responsibilities:

•    Ensure all program requirements/standards regarding quality and food safety are implemented, practiced and maintained.
•    Troubleshooting skills in industrial manufacturing environment.
•    Responsible for preventing all aspect of failures in assigned area. 
•    Makes the preventive and predictive maintenance plan, verifying equipment’s’ availability, other Production needs and maintenance resources availability (with RMS-Mechanical Manager  and RMT-Maintenance Supervisors )
•    Identifies corrective actions based on the equipment efficiency analysis, together with TDM
•    Participates, with TDM-Maintenance Systems Engineer and RMT, to the analysis of failure information and line stops causes data 
•    Identifies potential improvement areas for the maintenance system and equipment performances

•    Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
•    Previous experience in maintenance department, project management or technical field experience. 

Compensation Data

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 annually.  Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
