About the Role:

Scientific Regulatory evaluation of industrial and experimental raw materials.

Proactive collaboration with local R&D on scientific regulatory support for new products, governance shared by central functions, declined with regional specificity.

Main Responsibilities:

Essential Accountabilities:

• Creation of draft recipes structure;
• Creation of recipe technical documentation for preliminary scientific Regulatory  food safety evaluations;
• Activation of the Workflow Technical Documentation
• Scientific Regulatory Compliance evaluation for industrial and experimental recipes, and related raw materials, to guarantee recipe compliance to the applicable Regulation
• Scientific Regulatory Technical interpretation and/or updates of applicable regulations/standards for the sale of the product in a specific country USA
• For draft projects: scientific regulatory compliance recipes preliminary evaluations on food safety aspects, ingredient list simulations, new raw materials scientific regulatory evaluation, draft of theoretical nutritional facts information with theoretical values, etc.
• Creation of the technical documentation in order to support specific Country Authority /customs request for sanitary certification upon request.
• Scientific support to Food Law regarding the information label (claims, images guidance, etc….)

Who we are looking for:


• Minimum 4 years’ experience
• Bachelors’ degree required
• Excellent knowledge of Excel & Powerpoint
