What you can expect:

  • work within a motivated, international SAP Basis team

  • 3rd level support for SAP Technologies on-premises and in cloud (SAP BTP and IaaS) in collaboration with the external 2nd level support team

  • continuous optimization of the hybrid SAP landscape (cloud/on-premises)

  • collaboration in the introduction of new SAP systems, modules and functions

  • support cybersecurity department to do security assessments and implement remedial measures on SAP Systems closely aligned with the application teams

  • continuously and proactively assesses the SAP systems for cybersecurity weaknesses and prioritizes plans to enhance security controls

  • plan and coordinate the implementation of security-related software patches

  • administration and continuous development of the SAP Business Technology Platform

What we expect:

  • university degree or other professional qualification in the area of IT

  • at least two years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an FMCG environment

  • sound knowledge of SAP technology (ABAP, JAVA, HANA, etc.)

  • proven experience on SAP cloud platform (SAP BTP)

  • good understanding of SAP Basis and security concepts, such as system configuration, vulnerability and patch management

  • ability to quickly understand complex requirements, implement them in a structured manner and familiarize yourself with new topics

  • strong communication skills and willingness to work in national and international teams

  • strong customer, service and solution orientation

  • fluent written and spoken English, good knowledge of German is considered a plus
