What you can expect:

  • Working in a global team of architects and experts (f/m/d) geographically distributed around the world
  • Responsibility for architecture and design of our PIM and syndication systems
  • Design end-to-end aspects of application architecture, including components such as front-end, back-end, middleware technology, infrastructure components, data migration and integration scenarios
  • Collaborate with international business units to gather their requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including system diagrams, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications
  • Analyze current trends and emerging technologies related to PIM and syndication systems to optimize our systems
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure proper implementation and compliance with architectural standards
  • Collaborate with service providers to evaluate and integrate PIM related tools and solutions
  • Support and monitor roll-outs in other countries
  • Manage and ensure upgrades of the global platform
  • Perform technical analysis, code reviews and lead pilot projects in the area of PIM & Syndication technology
  • Ensure internal IT procedures, policies and standards are in place for regular project operations
  • Perform 3rd level support in collaboration with 2nd level support teams

 

What we expect:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
  • Several years of experience in IT architecture and design, especially with a focus on PIM
  • Solid experience with enterprise PIM applications, preferably SAP Commerce Cloud (PCM)
  • Experience with enterprise syndication applications, preferably Syndigo, Salsify, and ProductsUp
  • Technical knowledge of Java and modern web technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript & Angular).
  • Very good understanding of data modeling, integration patterns and data governance principles
  • Solid knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS, IaaS and PaaS
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, interacting with internal and external stakeholders, and presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Commitment and resilience, a goal-oriented and independent way of working as well as problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English, other languages will be considered a plus
