Junior Digital Manager

Role

Ferrero Headquarter in Luxembourg is looking for a junior profile to join the Digital team.


Reporting line & Interactions

  • Direct report to the Head of Digital Marketing of Ferrero Premium Chocolate;
  • Collaboration with Marketing, IT, PR, Media, Legal Departments;
  • Coordination of key external partners (digital agencies, content production studios, and so on).
     

 

Main tasks

 

  • Manage the development of digital products for kids (mobile apps and websites), from the creative idea to the rollout, including maintenance, audits and performance tracking;
  • Coordinate external agencies and consultants (e.g. Universities) involved in the development of Kinder digital experiences;
  • Cooperation with markets and internal stakeholders to optimize the adoption of digital projects and strategy;
  • Supervise content developers – i.e. game developers or UX designer – ensuring the alignment of deliveries with brand guidelines and content strategy;
  • Create documentation and presentation for internal stakeholders and licensing approval;
  • Supervise and validate quality assurance activities (e.g. UX focus groups, testing, researches);
  • Evaluate online trends and market research to deliver actionable recommendations;
  • Measure and optimize performances of mobile apps using appropriate tools and techniques;
  • Maintain close relationship with key internal stakeholders.

 

Profile

 

Requirements

  • BA, MA in marketing or related field;
  • 2-3 years’ experience at junior level in digital marketing and/or mobile apps development agency, from companies with a strong expertise in digital industry;
  • Console or mobile gaming industry experience is a plus;
  • Detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment;
  • Ability to design and evaluate wireframes for UI and UX;
  • Excellent understanding of localization, quality assurance and mobile app development production lifecycle;
  • Proficient in Google Firebase and Google AnalyticsKnowledge of website and API development principles;
  • Ability to forge relationships internally and externally;
  • Strong communication and cross-functional working skills;
  • Superior oral and written communication skills in English;
  • Flexibility for travel.

 

Languages

  • Fluent English, additional languages are a plus.

 

IT Skills

  • Office (Word, Proficient personal computer skills with MS Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
