About the Role:

For our Ferrero Headquarter in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for Quality Certification & Implementation.

He/She will ensure that all necessary quality certifications (and related activities) are in place and will act as central focal point towards external authorities (e.g. ISO).


Main Tasks

  • Be responsible for Group Quality certifications such as ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, RSPO, UTZ, Organic;
  • Be the main point of contact for External Certification Bodies, Contract Definition, Liaise with Sites and Group Quality function orther functions (e.g. Procurement, Marketing);
  • Coordinate Quality Central Audits in order to ensure that all necessary information is readily available by each function;
  • Be the Group’s reference as support for all certifications by being the support for local needs, coordinating the contract with the certification body in terms of possible integration);
  • Support of issue resolution coming from Central/Site Internal and External auditing and overall monitoring practices;
  • Monitor local quality certifications and collect final reports to ensure information;
  • Track and trend audit information in order to trigger continuous improvement;
  • Annually draft and lead quality reviews, customer satisfaction (in compliance with certification’s requirements);
  • Periodically draft and coordinate level of service provided by plant to the stakeholders (Business Units);
  • Keep business and stakeholders timely informed about new certifications / updates to existing certifications;
  • Provide tailored advice and solutions for business on Certifications’ terms;
  • Responsible for implementing new Certification Standards within the business.
 
Who we are looking for:

Profile

  • Master Degree in Food Quality, Quality Certification, Food Law,Sustainability, Audit technique, Agriculture or any other related fields;
  • 3-5 years of experience in Food Quality in a multinational environment;
  • Experience in quality certification, and in a certification organization;
  • Work experience in food companies or international certification agencies (i.e. Bureau Veritas, SGS, DNV GL.);
  • Knowledge of:
    • Food Safety and Food Law (GMP, HACCP, etc.);
    • ISO Certification Scheme (ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000, ISO 19000, etc.), Private Certification Scheme, Organic Certification;
    • Sustainability Certification schemes (RSPO, UTZ, Rainforest Alliance) will be greately valued;
  • Result-oriented, problem solving and attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills across different hierarchical levels;
  • Coordination and managing skills;
  • Influencing skills.

 

IT Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

 

Languages

  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English;
  • Any other European language (i.e. Italian and/or Spanish and/or French) will be considered an asset.
