About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg we are currently looking for an ITBP Staff Marketing. The incumbent will work collaboratively and proactively with the business stakeholders in order to ensure that Group IT and business requirements are met. The ressource has to understand business needs, and then define and maintain the business architecture which is then used to align the Group IT, architecture and IT solutions with the business strategy goals and objectives. Further the  incumbent has to Identify and analyze the feasibility of business and technology options for a requirement, and then make recommendations that best suit to business needs. The ressource supports the coordination of the IT demand management between all the business Functions related to own area of responsibility.
 

Main Responsibilities:

IT STRATEGY / BUDGET

  • Contributes to the formulation of IT strategy, roadmap and budget of own functional area.

 

DEMAND COLLECTION

  • Manages demands lifecycle by partnering with the business to identify strategic initiatives, aligned with the business objectives;
  • Assesses demand priority level and feasibility (with high level business case when required).

 

DEMAND IMPLEMENTATION

  • Monitors demands implementation, related projects and demands closing, in collaboration with the Project Management;
  • Provides contributions during the Business Blue Print design phase and verifies that requirements fits the scope defined in the demand management phase;
  • Assesses, during the UAT phase, deliverables in order to check if they satisfy the Business Blue Print model;
  • Monitors the quality of the deliverables in the post-go-live.

 

DEMAND ANALYSIS

  • Identifies and summarizes business requirements in collaboration with main business stakeholders;
  • Builds business cases with clear benefits;
  • Leads the development of functional design in collaboration with Group Application Management for application design;
  • Identifies and analyzes the impact of services implementation on business processes;
  • Analyzes and makes recommendations to improve business processes.

 

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND SERVICE LEVEL

  • Contributes to the definition of the Service Level Agreement and related charges to the business;
  • Reports service performance vs Service Level Agreement;
  • Collects business feedback related to IT services and provides analyzes highlighting areas of improvements.

 

IT INNOVATION

  • Understands and is aware of the impact of new technologies on the business (e.g. big data, analytics) in terms of business values and benefits;
  • Promotes relevant innovation with appropriate demands agreed with the business.

 

BUSINESS STAKEHOLDERS

  • Acts as a single point of contact for business representatives from Marketing, Media and Consumer Shopper Understanding.

Who we are looking for:

Profile

  • MSc., preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Engineering or Mathematics;
  • 7-8 years of experience;
  • Experience in International and/or Multi-country projects;
  • Coordination roles, PMO in a Functional department;
  • Experience in operating IT service supporting the business;
  • Experience already matured in Marketing and Media will be considered an important plus;
  • Working experience within FMCG or Consultancy firms is preferable;
  • Strong ability to understand business needs from an IT perspective;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with professional presentation skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and global organization;
  • Ability to work autonomously and take decisions;
  • People management skills;
  • Governance skills.


IT-Skills

Knowledge of the following IT Landscapes:

  • Marketing & Media (Drupal CMS, Media Tools, DMP);
  • B2C CRM (SAP Hybris, Salesforce or similar);
  • Cloud Solutions;
  • SAP;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills.

 

Languages

  • Fluent English (advanced level);
  • Italian and French are considered an asset.
