About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg we are currently looking for an excellent candidate as a Financial Planning Specialist. The resource will be responsible for the preparation, coordination, verification and analysis of the Direct Cash flow and financial result and for the communication of such information to Group Treasury/Corporate Finance Management.  

Main Responsibilities:


  • Control the accuracy of data provided by the Local Treasuries on Cash Flow and Foreign Currency exposure reporting;
  • Prepare actual vs forecast analysis on a monthly basis;
  • Prepare the Cash Flow for Central Treasury companies;
  • Prepare and analyze the Consolidated Group Cash Flow (actual and forecast) on a monthly basis;
  • Prepare and analyze a monthly report on Foreign Currency flows;
  • Monitor credit lines, liquidity, borrowings, investments and intercompany short and long-term loans at local and Group level on a regular basis;
  • Analyze Group Financial results on a monthly basis;
  • Prepare Group Financial result for Budget and SAF;
  • Interact with subsidiaries around the world in order to provide support and explanations on the various Cash flow topics (Liquidity, Forecast, Financial result etc.);
  • Ensure maintenance activities for systems used in the department (update SAP tables, set up new companies, accounts etc.);
  • Prepare “ad hoc” liquidity, bank position and other management reports on request.

Who we are looking for:



  • MSc Economics, Finance, Engineering or related;
  • 2 years of experience in a Controlling department with responsibilities in overall processes of Planning & Reporting;
  • Experience in Administration, Finance & Controlling area is considered a plus;
  • Capability to work with significant amount of data;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Organizational integration;
  • Good analytical and solution oriented thinking;
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Strong communication skills.


IT skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel;
  • Knowledge of SAP will be considered as a plus.




  • Fluency in English;
  • Any other language will be considered a plus.
