Ferrero Scandinavia is now looking for a new Field Sales Manager in Finland.
In this role you will work in the Finnish Sales Team, reporting to the Sales Manager Finland.
You will be the important link between the Sales Representatives in Finland and the Finnish Sales Office, as well as the support functions sitting in the Nordic HQ in Sweden.
Your Main Responsibilities will be:
- Delivery of annual sales plan and regional budget
- Implementation of trade campaigns and customer plans
- Sales tools development and optimization
- Lead and develop field sales representatives/sales team
- Performance management
- Overhead management (staff and external merchandising)
- Co-driving with our Sales Representatives
- Managing small number of stores of your own
- Coordinating and managing sales in Northern Finland
Your Profile:
In order to succeed in this position we believe you have:
- 4+ years relevant experience in Sales. Working experience within FMCG is a merit
- Fluent in Finnish
- Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- CRM experience
- Documented ability to lead and develop individuals and teams
- Analytical with solid skills in planning and execution
- Bachelor's degree in Sales & Administration or other relevant field
