About the Role:

Ferrero is seeking a talented and ambitious National Account Manager – Ireland to join our passionate team, focusing on key Irish retail partners including Dunnes, Tesco, and Musgraves. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in driving the growth and visibility of our iconic brands within a high-impact market.

As National Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing Ferrero’s footprint across Ireland, working in close partnership with the Business Unit Controller. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to build strong, strategic relationships that drive performance and deliver commercial excellence.

From accelerating sales to shaping long-term partnerships, you’ll be central to Ferrero’s continued success in Ireland’s fast-paced retail environment.

Main Responsibilities:

As a National Account Manager – Ireland, you will be instrumental in accelerating our business growth with one of Ferrero’s most significant retail partners in the UK and Irish markets. You’ll be responsible for crafting and delivering comprehensive, insight-led commercial strategies that connect Ferrero’s Country Commercial Policy with the customer’s strategic objectives, covering both online and offline retail formats. This position carries full P&L ownership, requiring a detailed understanding of commercial mechanics including trade agreements, margin control, promotional spend, and overall budget governance.

Operating in a collaborative and dynamic environment, you’ll act as the lead contact for all matters related to your designated Ferrero brand portfolio. You’ll develop and nurture strong, effective partnerships with key external stakeholders such as Buyers and Category Managers, while working closely with internal teams to ensure shared alignment and clear communication. Your success in this role will rely on your ability to lead discussions, build influence, and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that reflect Ferrero’s growth ambitions and the commercial needs of our retail partners, ultimately driving sustainable, long-term value for both parties.

Who we are looking for:

At Ferrero, we’re seeking a commercially savvy, results-oriented professional with a strong history of managing high-value retail accounts—preferably within the FMCG industry. You’ll have a solid background in crafting and executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs), overseeing full P&L responsibilities, and delivering strategic growth plans tailored to major retail partners.

We’re looking for someone with a confident and engaging communication style, capable of influencing and negotiating at all levels across internal and external stakeholders. Strong leadership is key—you’ll need to inspire, support, and develop your team while working cross-functionally with departments such as Category Management, Shopper & Brand Marketing, and Net Revenue Management to drive aligned business outcomes.

You should be analytically minded with excellent numerical and verbal reasoning skills, able to transform data into clear commercial actions. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is a must for high-impact reporting and presentations.
