About the Role:

Ferrero is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for recent graduates in the UAE to kickstart their careers in Corporate Communication. Based in the vibrant city of Dubai, this role is a part of Ferrero's commitment to support and nurture young talent through a structured two-year rotational program.

As a part of the Corporate Communication and Marketing Team, you will embark on a dynamic journey through two different departments. This two-year rotational program includes one year as a Corporate Communication Coordinator, and the second year in Marketing as Assistant Brand Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

The first year as Corporate Communication Coordinator, you will focus on supporting the function in executing communication plans and Public Relations (PR) strategies (such as influencer collaboration, PR events, editorial partnerships, media relations etc.) for the GCC region. The role will also entail supporting the team on all editorial communications drafts such as press releases, opinion pieces, feature stories, LinkedIn content, and questions & answers. In addition, you will be responsible for supporting Ferrero’s reputation management for the region by providing analysis on media monitoring reports. The role is dynamic and multifaceted, which keeps each day engaging and brings a lot of variety to the work.

 

On the second year, as Assistant Brand Manager (ABM), within the Marketing team, you will assist the Brand Manager in daily brand management tasks. Responsibilities include creating track files and presentations for the Marketing Manager, conducting business analysis, and recommending improvements based on brand performance data. The ABM will also track marketing expenditure, oversee minor executions like sampling plans and smaller market activities, and liaise with other departments (Trade Marketing, Sales, Consumer Shopper Understanding, and Supply Chain) as needed. Additionally, the ABM will coordinate with agencies on brand campaigns and support content development with external production agencies.

Who we are looking for:

To succeed in this role, you need a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing or Business. You should also have excellent communication skills (in both English & Arabic), such as public speaking, and strong writing and editing skills. Having organizational abilities and being adaptable are essential as well.
