Brand Manager - Biscuits & Bakery
About the Role:
We are looking for a Brand Manager for Biscuits & Bakery to join our team in Dubai, reporting directly to the Biscuits & Bakery Marketing Manager.
This role is designed for a dynamic marketing professional who is passionate about building brands, driving business growth, and delivering impactful consumer experiences across the Gulf region. The position focuses on managing the Ferrero Biscuits portfolio end-to-end, translating global brand strategies into successful local execution while identifying growth opportunities through consumer insights, market intelligence, and business performance analysis.
Working closely with Area Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Media, Supply Chain, Consumer & Shopper Understanding (CSU), and external agencies, you will ensure the effective development, commercialization, and execution of brand strategies across every consumer touchpoint.
Main Responsibilities:
BRAND STRATEGY & BUSINESS PERFORMANCE: Own the performance and development of the assigned Ferrero Biscuits portfolio across Gulf markets. You will develop annual brand plans aligned with regional and global objectives, monitor business performance across key commercial and consumer metrics, and translate insights into actionable growth strategies. Responsibilities include managing forecasts, budgets, and P&L performance while identifying opportunities through portfolio optimization, pricing initiatives, channel development, and evolving consumer trends.
INNOVATION & COMMERCIALIZATION: Lead the end-to-end commercialization of new product launches and seasonal initiatives, ensuring successful adaptation of global innovations to local market requirements. You will develop launch strategies, customer sell-in materials, and commercialization toolkits, while coordinating cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, Packaging, and Regulatory Affairs to deliver flawless market execution.
CONSUMER & MARKET INSIGHTS: Leverage consumer, shopper, and market intelligence to build winning brand strategies and support business growth. In partnership with Consumer & Shopper Understanding (CSU), you will define research objectives, analyze quantitative and qualitative findings, and translate insights into strategic recommendations. You will also monitor category trends, competitive activity, and innovation developments to identify future growth opportunities and create data-backed business cases.
BRAND COMMUNICATIONS & MEDIA ACTIVATION: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across media, digital platforms, shopper marketing, and in-store activations to strengthen brand equity and consumer engagement. You will collaborate with creative and media agencies to develop campaign assets and content while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. Additionally, you will track campaign effectiveness and optimize investments against defined performance indicators.
PORTFOLIO & PACKAGING DEVELOPMENT: Support portfolio expansion and packaging optimization initiatives to strengthen the competitiveness of the Biscuits & Bakery portfolio. You will manage artwork development, packaging approvals, and production timelines while partnering with global and regional teams to ensure alignment with brand standards and local market requirements.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION & LEADERSHIP: Build strong partnerships across Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and external agency partners. You will lead cross-functional projects, drive alignment among stakeholders, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget. The role also involves preparing strategic recommendations and presentations for senior leadership while influencing decision-making through data-driven storytelling and business insights.
About You:
The ideal candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3-5 years of Brand Management experience within the FMCG industry. Experience in innovation management, product launches, integrated marketing campaigns, and agency management is essential, while exposure to GCC markets and multinational environments is considered an advantage.
A strong commercial mindset, strategic thinking, analytical and project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment are key to success in this role. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, combined with a proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-driven approach, are essential.
Fluent in English, with Arabic considered a plus. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, market data analysis, P&L and marketing budget management.
