Brand Manager - Better For You, Raffaello & Tablets
About the Role:
We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our team in Dubai, reporting directly to the Regional Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for managing and developing the Better For You (BFY), Raffaello, and Tablets portfolio across the Gulf region, driving growth through brand strategy, innovation, commercialization, and integrated marketing execution. You will support the development of long-term brand strategies, lead key marketing initiatives, monitor business performance, and identify growth opportunities while ensuring strong cross-functional alignment and successful execution across all consumer touchpoints. The role includes the management and development of one Assistant Brand Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
BRAND STRATEGY & PORTFOLIO DEVELOPMENT: Support the Regional Marketing Manager in identifying portfolio priorities and developing long-term strategies for the Better For You, Raffaello, and Tablets portfolio. You will drive brand positioning, portfolio development, consumer engagement strategies, media planning, and innovation priorities, leveraging consumer and market insights to identify growth opportunities and strengthen brand equity.
MARKETING PLANNING & PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of integrated marketing plans and campaigns across the portfolio. You will work closely with creative, media, and digital agencies to develop impactful communication strategies and ensure flawless execution across all consumer touchpoints. The role requires a high level of ownership, autonomy, and project leadership.
INNOVATION & COMMERCIALIZATION: Support the commercialization of innovation projects, seasonal initiatives, and portfolio expansion opportunities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful market launches and drive alignment between local requirements and regional objectives.
CONSUMER & MARKET INSIGHTS: Continuously monitor market performance, consumer behavior, shopper trends, competitive activity, and category developments to identify opportunities and risks. Working closely with Consumer & Shopper Understanding (CSU) and internal stakeholders, you will translate insights into actionable business recommendations and growth strategies.
DIGITAL & MEDIA ACTIVATION: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, media, shopper marketing, and in-store activations to strengthen brand equity and consumer engagement. You will collaborate with agencies to develop campaign assets and content, track campaign performance, and optimize investments based on defined KPIs.
COMMERCIAL & SALES PERFORMANCE: Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to support sales planning, forecasting, promotional activities, and portfolio performance management. You will monitor business results, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions to achieve commercial objectives.
PACKAGING & PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT: Manage packaging-related initiatives, including innovation, seasonal, and promotional projects. You will collaborate with regional stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely execution and compliance with brand guidelines.
BUDGET & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT: Support the management of marketing budgets and monitor brand performance against key financial indicators. You will track investment effectiveness, support forecasting activities, and analyze business performance to identify opportunities and risks.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: Manage, coach, and develop one Assistant Brand Manager while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. You will build strong relationships across Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, and Consumer & Shopper Understanding teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business priorities.
About You:
The ideal candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with 4–5 years of FMCG experience, including minimum 2–3 years in Marketing. Experience in brand management, integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, consumer insights, and agency management is essential, while exposure to GCC markets and multinational environments is considered an advantage.
A strong marketing mindset, commercial acumen, analytical skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities are key to success in this role. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, combined with a proactive and results-driven approach, are highly valued.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), digital and social media marketing, market analysis, sales forecasting, budget management, and P&L understanding. Fluent in English, with Arabic preferred.
