About the Role:
Ferrero is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for recent graduates in the UAE to kickstart their careers in Finance.
Based in the vibrant city of Dubai, this role is part of Ferrero's commitment to support and nurture young talent through a structured two-year rotational program.
As part of the finance and accounting team, you will embark on a dynamic journey through our Finance department.
This two-year rotational program includes one year in controlling and another year in accounting. You will gain hands-on experience in Financial Accounting and Controlling

Main Responsibilities:
Financial Controlling: You will gain experience in supporting the proper planning process (Budget, Forecast) in line with group/company timings, primarily focusing on distributor markets. You will support the Sales and Trade Marketing departments with financial efficiency assessments and guidance. Additionally, you will closely partner with the Nutella Category for all P&L related simulations.
You will also support the preparation of monthly meetings for Business Reviews. You will develop advanced financial analyses aimed at optimizing the business performance of the region, addressing both the portfolio and the channel/customer mix.
Financial accounting: Provide support for accounting payables, accounts receivables, insurance, and customs matters within this highly complex region for all its legal entities. You will be helping the team with the implementation of the company's methodology for accounts payable and receivables, as well as supporting the Tax department.
Who we are looking for:
To excel in this role, you should hold a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a good sense of commercial and analytical mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is also essential.
Result driven with good balance between pragmatism & detail orientation. Good team player. Fluent in English.
