We are currently looking for a CP/3rd Parties Food Safety & Quality Specialist, which is one of the key functional positions in Ferrero Quality Organization, based in Düzce.

Main Responsibilities:

•    Implement quality and food safety systems applications in line with Ferrero Group instructions
•    Perform and ensure all physical, chemical, sensory controls and analyses requested by Ferrero Group, perform alignment studies for physical analyses
•    Ensure that incoming raw material process is carried out appropriately by coordinating with other departments
•    Prepare reports, trend analyses and necessary studies related to all quality studies
•    Execute and implement all Quality Group Guidelines and methodologies at local level
•    Support and perform supplier audits/performance evaluation/audit and follow up the action plans
•    Monitor KPIs and other indicators regarding to quality activities
•    Follow up and support external laboratory analysis processes and follow up the process
•    Ensure the maintenance and cleaning of the equipments
•    Report results, activities and occurrences that may have a negative impact on the quality, food safety of the products and environmental performance. Monitor and escalate issues in the responsible areas
•    Ensure that the results of the analyses are entered into SAP, Excel etc. system
•    Determine and follow up Quality Opex/Capex requirements and PR/PO

Who we are looking for:

•    Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Food Engineering 
•    Preferably 5+ years of experience in a similar role
•    Strong knowledge of International quality standards for food industry (ISO9001, ISO22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GFSI, Halal, Kosher)
•    Experience on raw material quality
•    Experience in project, and people/team management 
•    Advanced problem solving, analytical and presentation skills
•    Proven competency in communication and cross-teams collaboration skills, effective time management and adaptability to multicultural and changing environment
•    Solid written and verbal communication skills both in English and Turkish
•    No travel restriction
