About the Role:

As an Industrial Controller, you will play a key role in monitoring the plant's financial and operational functions. You will manage with period-end processes, support with industrial overhead reporting, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting efforts. Additionally, you will work closely with the team to measure and allocate industrial costs to ensure accurate brand and SKU profitability assessments. You will also help maintain and validate cost data related to product development and provide support for other controlling tasks as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

• To ensure completion of Month End processing to deadlines with the required level of accuracy.
• To ensure compliance to group reporting standards.
• To support the reporting and insight into period performance monthly.
• To maintain and ensure data accuracy and right declaration by cost centre and material.
• To support the plant controller with the pivotal budgeting role, collecting entries and estimates from operations.
• To provide insights of gaps and opportunities within the cost estimated, to ensure efficient and accurate forecast.
• Creation and Maintenance of materials standard costs
• Support for Overhead / Cost center budgeting and prepare month end reporting and discuss with the budget owners.
• Collaborate with the plant operations team to ensure best practices are followed in financial reporting and cost management.

Who we are looking for:

• • 3-5 years of experience
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Basic knowledge cost control and manufacturing processes is an advantage
  • Prior experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SAP and advanced Microsoft Office.
  • Collaborative, proactive and able to work across teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,and proactivity
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
