Regional Visicooler Executive-Cochin
About the Role:
The Regional Visi Cooler Executive (RVCE) will serve as the primary point of contact between Ferrero and store owners within the designated region. This role is crucial in executing contract signing, managing cooler stock, and ensuring compliance with operational guidelines to optimize the performance of Visi coolers.
Main Responsibilities:
Visicooler Deployment Support
- Assist in the installation and placement of visicoolers at selected outlets.
- Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of visicoolers in the region.
Performance Reporting
- Collect and report data on visicooler usage, stock turnover, and sales impact.
- Provide insights on visicooler performance and suggest improvements where necessary.
Maintenance and Issue Resolution
- Coordinate with service teams and 3rd party agency to resolve any technical issues or malfunctions.
- Manage the recovery and returns along with the Sales field team and highlight the exceptions on periodic basis.
- Responsible for PR creation state wise and GRN release and coordination with various stakeholders if required E.g. procurement, finance etc.
About You:
- Graduate with miminum 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, trade marketing, or equipment management.
- Fluency in English,Malayalam
- Experience in FMCG or retail environments is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of stock management and cooler operations.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and manage fieldwork effectively
