About the Role:

The USA Raw Material Procurement Manager job is to manage certain raw material categories including guarantee purchase of goods, materials and services in accordance with defined guidelines to ensure that the company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply running the purchase order with a set supplier base with alignment of Ferrero central procurement strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

•    Ensure supply continuity of local raw material categories with pricing, quality and delivery
•    Implement central raw material strategy in local USA
•    Manage budget for raw material categories 
•    Manage central and local stakeholders in Matrix organization 
•    Manage RFI, RFQ, market analysis, risk management, price management
 

Who we are looking for:

•    Bachelor degree 
•    3-5 years procurement experience 
•    Experience working in matrix organization
•    Knowledge of the Global Raw Material market 
•    Strong Communication and interpersonal skills 
•    Ability to lead and influence others
•    Ability to problem solve and set priorities
•    Master of Microsoft Excel, PPT and SAP
