We’re growing our leadership team and hiring Shift Supervisors to help bring the energy, warmth, and exceptional experience of Nutella to guests from around the world. In this role, you’ll help lead café operations, support team members, and ensure every shift runs smoothly while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:
As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll help lead daily café operations and support the team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities may include:
- Leading and supporting café team members during shifts
- Opening and closing the café, including weekends and some holidays
- Delegating tasks, managing shift flow, and supporting breaks and coverage
- Training and coaching new team members
- Supporting food preparation and ensuring food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met
- Assisting with scheduling, inventory, and day-to-day operational needs
About You:

- Have at least 1 year of experience in food service, hospitality, fast casual dining, or a high-volume customer-facing environment
- Enjoy leading teams and creating a positive guest experience
- Are dependable, organized, and solution-oriented
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Have flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Have basic familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- High school diploma or equivalent

The base salary range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits, provided you are working at least 30 hours per week.
