关于这个职位:

To implement in collaboration with sales and marketing the Channel strategy and BTL activity plan on a regional level

主要职责:

Trade Marketing implementation
•Propose to National Trade Marketing plan of specific regional POS activities – promo, placements, POP materials, POS animation including support to sales in volume forecast  for BTL activities to National Trade Marketing
•Follow up implementation by sales team of national and specific regional POS activities providing instructions and support
•Responsible for implementation of major national wide POS activities
•Manage work of promoters providing instructions, training, analyze sales results and consumer feedback reported by promoters, analyze promoters efficiency and propose quantity of promoters and types of POS
•Analyze with RSM and distributors  efficiency of the campaigns (samplings, events, premiums, POSM – types of stores, expense vs sales, consumer feedback), propose to National TM actions for increasing efficiency
•Regular market visits region wide with the aim to control and evaluate quality of BTL communication, work of promoters, POSM usage – market audit report, communicates issues and follow up implementation by field
Marketing Project Support
•Make proposals on points of sales for market tests, select distribution, prepare listing, POSM.
•Execute random check of the execution, consolidate feedback from field force and provide consolidated feedback from region on execution to the National Trade Marketing to be communicated to the agency
•Consolidate market tests reporting and submit to marketing (sales, feedback from consumer)
•Regular submit the marketing competition reports to National Trade Marketing (BTL activities, new product launches)
POS materials management
•Provides to National TM quantity and types of POSM on an annual and regular basis to ensure correct stock of POSM
•Check and confirmation to National TM for payment of the delivery and acceptance of POSM, actions on issues with POSM, track of usage and reporting on usage.
•Provide instructions on POSM installation, check the correctness of installation
•Makes suggestions to National TM on POSM
Sales Support
•Provide information developed by National TM to local sales function and instructions on how to use it  - Sales guide/Product Catalogue, presentations for large campaigns, category and commercial arguments, peak season selling story, POSM instructions, develop specific regional sales arguments – last year results, success stories
•Support regional KAM in the negotiation with main clients providing market data and analysis by channels and types of POS
Trade Expense Budget Control
•Propose budget for National Trade Campaigns to National TM Manager
•Assist sales team in preparing city based  activity plan and consolidate the relative trade spending from the sales team 
•Monitor regional trade expenses – create purchase order (listing fee, display/space rental fee, discount, seasonal promo consumer price), confirm the expense is within budget, track expenses, analyze trade spending efficiency on a regional level, propose modifications
•Control trade expenses for National Trade Campaigns for the assigned region
Other tasks assigned by line manager or company
