Regional Sales Admin
About the Role:
The main purpose of the role is to support Regional Sales Manager to assure and facilitate the set-up of effective sales processes and approach to the business in a “Ferrero Way”, supporting and stimulating the business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Business Management Supporting:
- Monitor business KPI executive and trade spending within budget;
- Report the relevant reports on KPI achievement and trade spending usage to Regional Sales Manager;
- Ensure trade spending planning and reimbursement according with company’s compliance and budget.
2. Office Administration:
- Monitor team overheads usage in efficiency way and within budget;
- Ensure sales office administration operation with efficiency and safety;
- Other tasks assigned by Regional Sales Manager or company.
About You:
- College degree and above, Familiar with MS office, fluent in English;
- Working experience in FMCG industry is better;
- Good at communication, self-motivated, able to work under pressure.
- * Chinese Local Labor contract with local salary & benefits package will be offered for this position.
** Proficiency in Mandarin speaking.
