关于这个职位:

To support Regional Commercial Planning Manager and Central BP team to:
•drive the sales forecasting process (annual, quarterly, monthly) at regional level (EXD and EXF plans);
•track sales forecast plan achievement and identify corrective actions if necessary;
•monitor distributors stock coverage level assuring alignment with coverage targets;
•assure forecast accuracy and consistency of plans among different departments (field, ka, BP,….)

主要职责:

Sales Forecast and Planning:
•Support Regional Sales Manager, Regional Trade Marketing Manager and central Business Planning team to develop sales forecast plans (bdg, saf, quarterly plans)  by Area/Channel/SKU;
•Assure consistency of sales forecasting plan on different dimensions (product, channel, city, accounts, …) assuring proper flow of information among different department involved;
•Integrating EXD and EXF forecasting process and stock coverage plan (distributors);
•Gather information on the actual incoming plan to DC as an input to the forecasting process
•Generate accurate monthly sales forecast by SKU to timely provide input of the supply plan
•Proactively communicate & cooperate with BP, field Sales, KA team to ensure annual & monthly forecast realization
•Monitor sales forecast plan achievement, continuously improve forecast accuracy through addressing the root cause analysis
•Support sales field team in the process of forecast generation assuring that the proper process is implemented, the identified tools are used and whenever needed providing local resources knowledge/best practices
ExD / ExF / Stock Cov Analysis:
•Track actual sales performance versus the sales forecast plans and prepare relevant analysis, kpi and reports
•Evaluate and utilize historical data to guide field sales in forecast plans definition.- 
Other tasks assigned by line manager of company

* Chinese Local Labor contract with local salary& benefits package will be offered for this position.
** Proficiency in English and Mandarin speaking.

•Sales field, KA, sales planning Management processes and practices;
•Understanding of Commercial Supply Chain process
•Cross functional projects management skills, leadership skills, strong analytical skills;
•Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese a must
•MS office advanced user
