About the Role:

Ferrero Morocco is seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to drive our commercial strategy in Morocco as the Commercial Excellence . As the Commercial Excellence , you will have the opportunity to shape the future of Ferrero's commercial operations, working alongside a talented team dedicated to innovation, quality, and delighting consumers.

Main Responsibilities:

As the Commercial Excellence for Ferrero in Morocco, your role is crucial for driving sales, enhancing customer relations, and fostering overall business growth. Responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to execute the RTM strategy,

Engaging cross-functional teams to align commercial initiatives, leading continuous improvement efforts to optimize processes,

Analyzing sales performance reports, conducting regular performance analysis and KPI tracking,

Providing comprehensive training and support to sales teams, streamlining sales processes,

Collaborating with IT and relevant stakeholders to identify gaps and channel-specific needs,

Customizing the SFA solution, implementing a robust training program for sales teams to ensure smooth adoption of the new SFA system, establishing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the SFA initiative, and driving strategic initiatives across RTM, sales capability development, and digitalization to drive Ferrero's success in the Moroccan market.

Who we are looking for:

•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering

 

• Minimum 8 years of sales management experience in consumer goods or FMCG industry

 

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, adept at creating impactful presentations and analyzing data

 

• Fluency in French and Arabic, proficiency in English

 

• Experience in digital transformation, including SFA systems implementation

 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 

• Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities

 

• Proven track record in driving business growth

 

• Understanding of coding languages desirable
