Shift Operative Leader HCo - Caprarola Plant
About the Role:
We are currently looking for a recent graduate who would like to build a career in Production, starting as a Shift Operative Leader based at our HCo Plant in Caprarola (VT)!
This role will be the starting point of an exciting career within our dynamic and challenging Operations function, enabling you to develop both technical and managerial skills and build a successful career path at Ferrero.
Main Responsibilities:
As a Shift Operative Leader, reporting to the Production Unit Manager, you will manage a variety of activities across Production and People Management.
In particular, you will support production execution by coordinating the line team in day-to-day operations and ensuring the availability and optimization of production resources during the shift (materials, methods, workforce, and machinery).
In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation and start-up of the lines within your area, as well as managing interruptions, slowdowns, or breakdowns in cooperation with the Maintenance team. You will oversee the application of all criteria related to resource allocation across the production lines and operational workforce. You will also support the Production Unit Manager in defining and managing the team's merit plan.
Ensuring compliance with safety standards, including both food safety/hygiene and workplace safety, will be one of your key responsibilities. You will also play an active role in supporting and driving Continuous Improvement initiatives.
About You:
You'll bring your Master's Degree in Engineering or a related field, together with some initial experience in production, quality, or process-related activities within a manufacturing environment.
You will contribute to the team's success through your solid understanding of production processes, combined with strong interpersonal and people management skills.
A willingness to pursue international mobility opportunities will be considered a strong asset, along with a genuine passion for and curiosity about the food industry.
As an effective communicator, your fluency in both Italian and English will be essential for success in our environment.
As a key point of reference within the production process, you will be required to work on shifts.

What We Offer:
The role is classified at Level 3° under the National Collective Agreement for CCNL Ortofrutticolo e Agrumarie. The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is €27.051. The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
