About the Role:

Reporting to the HCo CFO Italy, the Controller will support the industrial Manager and Supply Chain Manager in his/her role of business partnership in defining the budget objectives for the Region, understanding the gaps business reasons actual vs target (bdg or forec), promoting improvement actions and share best practices among the operations community within the Region.

Main Responsabilities:

  • Actively support the Group Industrial&Supply Controlling over the planning process,
  • Liaise with Local Operations Controller and Group to ensure continuous alignment and proper cascading,
  • Supervise the simulation of new product, SKUs costs and support Category Controllers in innovation projects,
  • Sharing and understanding with Local Supply Chain Controller monthly SC costs vs target,
  • Ensure reporting of actual vs Budget/Forecast consolidate at Area Level,
  • Support Area Industrial and Supply Chain management in understanding gaps versus Budget /Forecast providing relevant information relating to the performance monthly closure results (one set of data),
  • Co-share monthly analysis and possible improvement recommendations with Group Industrial & Supply Chain Controlling,
  • Monitor obsolescence and destruction costs,
  • Monitor Area production evolution based on S&OP evidences and monitor correctness of tolling fee calculation executed by local and group administration,
  • Assure the implementation of Group standards and consolidate and understanding stock evaluation analysis at Area level,
  • Support Area Supply Manager in preparation to quarterly Stock Committee,
  • Support Category Controllers in financial analysis of CAPEX investments,
  • Constantly liaise Country and Group Operations Controlling,
  • Actively participate to the concept phase of transformational initiatives of SC to finalize operations PS.

The successful candidate will be an experienced subject matter expert in ensuring a management system based on Group values, motivation, diversity & inclusion, competence development and empowerment. The candidate must be a self-starter, possessing the ability to manage multiple complex projects and tasks simultaneously.

 

Required:

• Degree in Economics/Finance/Statistics,
• Relevant experience in financial planning,
• Strong analytical skills and business knowledge to identify issues and provide potential solutions,
• Advanced proficiency in SAP or other major ERP (finance modules), Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint; BPC/ TPM/BI, HFM and Essbase,
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, exceptional communicator, strong critical throught process, ability to create new solutions,

• Fluent in English (any other European language is a plus),

• International mobility.
