Business Analyst - Ferrero Caribe

About the Role:

You have always loved it, now be part of it! The Ferrero Caribe team is looking for our next Business Analyst.  In this role, you will be called on to be dynamic and intellectually curious as you provide analytical support that will aid in the growth of the Ferrero Caribe business. Excellent collaboration skills will be necessary as you will work with multiple teams to provide the sales team with necessary information to help them manage and execute activities and projects with various customers and distribution channels. You will also own the administrative processes supporting documentation, budgets and sales results. This position is a multifunctional role that will take on projects as needed to support the continued growth of Ferrero.

Main Responsibilities:

 

Reporting & Tracking

  • Prepare monthly sales budget by product, channel, chain and representative
  • Track and monitor performance and sellout during seasonal activations (i.e., Back to School, Halloween, Christmas, Valentines and Easter)

 

Forecasting

  • Support Sales Manager with updating forecasts
  • Identify overselling and/or underperforming of SKUs


Presentations

  • Own the development of monthly presentations for Key Account Managers
  • Develop template for business reviews and sales plans
  • Update and communicate YTD and Monthly sales
  • Update and communicate YTD vs Budget vs LY sales and identify opportunities by channel
  • Support Key Account Managers in the data refresh every month for sales meeting, by SKU, account and store

 

Who we are looking for:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required
  • At least 3 years of experience in areas such as sales analytics, business development, order-to-cash management, master data, or sales operations
  • Customer focused, dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
  • Solid experience examining data and providing analytical problem solving
  • Knowledge of Retail Link, Retail Solutions, Power BI, SAP, BW, Excel and PowerPoint is preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish and English proficiency is required
