Revenue & Trade Management Specialist
About the Role:
As a Revenue & Trade Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in leading Value Maneuver agenda of North Africa Business Unit, optimizing all levers of Revenue Management while ensuring a high level of commercial excellence, commercial data stewardship, business compliance, commercial tools and processes evolution to Ferrero Group standards.

Main Responsibilities:
CUSTOMER AGREEMENTS and COMMERCIAL COMPLIANCE
* Make sure that all commercial agreements / addendum are duly checked by all the relevant stakeholders
* Facilitate the resolution of any potential issues / claims that might arise after the contract negotiation
* Make sure that any contract is duly reviewed as per business needs
* Contribute to the elaboration of the annual promo plan and review its execution to make sure that the content is in line with requirements and with the contract
* Foster the development and follow-up of all the policies related to commercial processes, ensuring full compliance with Group standards
PRICING OPTIMIZATION
* Track and analyze retail price trends
* Analyze the competitive environment (including market price points, price inflation, promo levels, etc.)
* Support Pricing definition to deliver on value maneuver
* Ensure Pricing implementation and argumentation to deliver on value maneuver
* Maintain fair and profitable Pricing position (e.g. NPD Value Chain, Price Tracking)
* Leverage Retailer Focused KPIs (e.g Profit Pool, Elasticity and Mass de Marge / Weighted Distribution)
* Provide pricing optimization reco for all the NPD
TRADE TERMS & PROMO MANAGEMENT
* Track and analyze Gross to Net evolution and its commercial implications
* Monitor fair treatment, in line with Group Commercial Policy, supporting any convergence plan needed
* Contribute to the Trade Promo Management focusing on guidelines and tracking of actual results (e.g. mechanics, phasing,)
* Analyze and provide recos on Trade Terms efficiency and conditionality focusing on brand and customers
* Provide recos on Trade Agreements to drive customers
PRODUCT MIX OPTIMIZATION
* Identify Ferrero Product Portfolio strengths and weaknesses (e.g. PPA, distribution, Format Management, ..)
* Support product mix improvement via volumes allocation in case of trade-off (arbitraggio) and white space analysis
* Provide recos to improve the Channel Mix
* Assist in shaping Customer Portfolio strategy to drive customer mix improvement in terms of Gross Margin and profit pool
COMMERCIAL CAPABILITIES
* Act as the project leader and local focal point for relevant Revenue & Trade Management capabilities: e.g. Pricing, Trade Promo Management, Profit Pool, etc.
* Contribute to commercial capabilities development within RM scope
About You:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration
- Minimum of 5 years experience in revenue management is required
- Experience gained preferably in an FMCG environment
- Advanced analytical and planning skills, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English & French
