Acerca del puesto:
Responsible for creating and proposing strategies and annual plans for e-commerce clients. Management, alignment and implementation of the OMNI channel, Pure Players, Quick Commerce and eB2B calendar and actions. Achievement of the channel's volume and financial indicators.
develop the strategy and framework for Ferrero to compete in the E-commerce channel. He will lead the development of the channel, as well as create the necessary tools for knowledge transfer between different departments. He will collaborate and support local negotiations at a national level and will be responsible for the establishment, leadership, and expansion of Ferrero's channel as well as achieving the proposed business indicators.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Deeply understand the group's most up-to-date guidelines on content and digital marketing.
- Develop the commercial strategy and action plan for the E-commerce Channel, capturing market opportunities and leading the development of the channel's investment plan.
- Definition of volume planning (BDG, SAF, PS) for the channel according to the group's strategy and channel plan.
- Lead the creation, alignment and approval of commercial policies for the different formats of the Ecomm channel.
- Responsible for the integrated management of the e-commerce channel's P&L, considering Pure Players, Omnichannel and B2B clients.
- Lead the development of the OMNI channel, creating and implementing a strategy and action calendar, ensuring alignment with the Direct and Indirect Sales areas.
- Responsible for implementing e-Media strategy for Ecommerce, ensuring good findability of the showcase website on the Google search platform, through the correct execution of SEO and Google Ads strategies
- Leading channel development projects and digitalization processes such as E-portfolio actions and B2B Retail projects
- Managing the events and promo calendar with MKT, TMK and managing A&P investments.
- Ensure alignment of operating models with all market players to operate from a profitable perspective and a consumer-centered experience
- Guarantee that JBPs (Joint Business Plans) with partners align with the strategic needs of the business and have qualified DATA for decision-making and business development.
- Offer an adequate user experience (U/EX) in terms of service proposals, availability ecosystem, and educational platform so that users interact properly with Ferrero's portfolio
- Speaker for the e-Commerce team with other local departments, SBD and Area Marketings in relation to management, commercial strategies and performance.
A quién estamos buscando:
Professional in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics. At least 8 years of experience in similar roles, with experience in E-commerce. Must have the following knowledge: Business Management, P&L Management, Strategic commercial planning, Analytical skills, e-commerce knowledge.
